We do not authorize service providers to use information for purposes unrelated to providing services to NTA, subject to their own legal obligations and contractual terms.

5. Financial, Banking & Sensitive Carrier Data

NTA may collect payment instructions when a carrier elects to provide them online. Sensitive banking values are handled separately from the ordinary carrier application record and are intended to be protected using restricted-access server-side processing and encrypted storage. Carrier documents are stored in restricted storage and are not intended to be exposed through unrestricted public links.

Do not send payment credentials, passwords, or other sensitive information through ordinary email unless NTA specifically requests an approved secure method.
